60% - 70% of maximum heart rate (MHR), 5 times a week.
• High Intensity Zone
80 - 90% of MHR, 3 times a week, 20 minutes.
OR HIIT at 90% - 95% MHR.
Examples: Speed walking, Running, Jump Roping, Tabata, Plyometric Exercise
Here is the formula to find your MHR:
Men: 214 - (0.8 x age)
Women: 209 - (0.9 x age)
