Tips: Keep torso erect, feet forward and your back leg knee is 1" to 2" from floor.
DO NOT allow the lead leg knee to protrude past the toes. Inhale on downward, exhale on upward.
• Glute Bridges
Tip: Inhale on downward, exhale on upward.
• Frog Squat with Hip Thrusts
Try three sets of 20 each.
